    This is such a common sight. I’ve seen this at least 7-8 times in my adulthood. Scary.

    I always enjoy the people who are riding on the interstate on a scooter that’s not street legal (has no license, headlamps, not a big enough engine). Once when I lived in Louisville, KY there were TWO people on a single-person scooter, at dusk. They were going 40MPH in the middle lane during rush hour. They wore helmets. …most bizarre thing ever.

    Hrmmm… would this picture be also be tortuous since this picture was definitely taken from the middle of the car, meaning the driver was using his/her right hand to snap this pic. :p
