Spot the Tort: How to Move a Refrigerator in 10 Easy Torts

Spot the Tort Fridge in TrunkYou think this is bad, you should see how the guy tried to move his living room. Not the furniture, the entire room.

Why waste money on a delivery charge just to save a few million in accident costs?

I’m not sure whether it’s the fact that I’m from an area where a jury would likely conclude that this method of transporting a refrigerator is completely reasonable, or if it’s the slap-happy law student in me (who has already mentally “checked out” for the semester), but this tickled me. I laughed so hard my boyfriend had to ask me what was so funny (and that was just at the heading on this post). Thanks, I needed that laugh!
