MONTHLY READER POLL
New poll! Why do you think tort reform has not been a prominent issue in the healthcare reform debate?
Because the Dems control Congress and the trial lawyers control the Dems.
Because even the Republicans have decided enough is enough in terms of tort reform.
Because both sides have realized that the medical liability system does not contribute substantially to healthcare costs.
It should be a major issue! Congress is missing the boat.
